Who we are

We are GFT Label Entertainment S.R.L. — a product studio based in Chișinău, Moldova. We don't take client projects. We build our own apps, grow them, and ship them to the world.

Our portfolio lives on Google Play and the App Store. Every app is conceived, designed, built and marketed entirely in-house — giving us full control over the product and the user experience.

We move fast, stay lean, and obsess over quality — because our apps compete in global markets with millions of users at stake.

This Privacy Policy describes how GFT Label Entertainment S.R.L. ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in Chișinău, Moldova, collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications (the "Apps").

1. Information We Collect

  • Usage Data: Interactions with our Apps, features used, session data.
  • Device Information: Device type, OS version, unique identifiers, mobile network.
  • Analytics Data: Aggregated data via Firebase, Google Analytics to improve our Apps.
  • Subscription & Purchase Data: Transaction records processed by Google Play / Apple App Store. We do not store payment cards.
  • User-Generated Content: Feedback or any content you submit within the Apps.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Apps
  • Personalize in-app experience
  • Send push notifications (with consent)
  • Analyze usage trends
  • Detect and prevent fraud
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share with service providers (analytics, crash reporting, payment processing), platform operators (Google, Apple), or when required by law.

4. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate Google Firebase, AdMob, RevenueCat, OpenAI API, and others. Each has its own privacy policy.

5. Data Retention

We retain data as long as your account is active. Request deletion via support@gftlabel.games.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or object to processing of your data. Contact founder@gftlabel.games.

8. Security

We use TLS encryption, secure infrastructure, and access controls. No method is 100% secure.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside Moldova/EU with appropriate safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will notify significant changes via in-app notice or updated date.
